Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Taarvo (the “Service”), operated by Tech Impact Inc.(“Taarvo,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Taarvo helps restaurant owners manage Google reviews by retrieving reviews for the Google Business Profile location(s) you manage, generating AI-assisted draft replies in your chosen tone, and — with your approval — posting replies to Google. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are published.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Google Business Profile location(s) you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You will only connect Google Business Profile locations that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content of any reply you approve and publish, including its accuracy and compliance with Google’s policies.
• You will not use the Service to post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or policy-violating content, or to abuse Google’s platform.

4. Google Platform Terms

Your use of features that interact with Google Business Profile is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Taarvo accesses Google data only as described in our Privacy Policyand only with the permissions you grant. You may revoke Taarvo’s access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

5. AI-Generated Content

Draft replies are generated with AI and may contain errors. They are suggestions only. No reply is ever published automatically: you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving each reply before it is posted, and you accept responsibility for any content you approve.

6. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by Taarvo and its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, the platform, or us.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taarvo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
